Tom joined Two Circles in 2015 having graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Accounting and Financial Management. After spending a placement year in consulting working with retail organisations such as Marks & Spencer and John Lewis, he decided to pursue a career in the sports industry.
Tom has approached sport from multiple perspectives – having played, coached and refereed, and reported on various fixtures during his time at university. His proudest moment was being selected as a London 2012 volunteer, working at the Cardiff Football Training Venue.
Tom’s participation in sport was affected as a teenager as he was diagnosed with kidney disease, but he has since gone onto run half marathons and complete Tough Mudder. A big fan of the adventurer Bear Grylls, his next challenge is the Bear Grylls Ultimate Survivor Race over 30km. Tom describes himself as a rare rugby league fan from the South, and if he had the patience would love to be a professional darts player for the day.
