Sam joined Two Circles from Rugby World Cup 2015, where he was a key part of the ticketing team; a rugby tournament declared the biggest and best to date with ticket sales reaching 2.47m across 48 matches.
Studying Sports Business Management at Loughborough and Leeds Beckett University Sam always had sport on the mind. With an aspiration to make the most of the UK’s “Golden Decade of Sport” Sam worked at Leeds Rhinos and Yorkshire Cricket, building invaluable experience at two of the country’s leading professional sports clubs. Sam then went global, working on sports events such as Rugby League World Cup 2013, Race of Champions and Six Days Cycling.
Living up to his home roots stereotype, Sam is an avid follower of Rugby League of which he has participated and coached at representative level… his claim to fame being the other Sam in the pack throughout his Junior rep days with a certain Sam Burgess.
