Kristian has spent the last 20 years living and breathing data and CRM. He joined Two Circles having spent 6 years at the Dutch Premier League (Eredivisie) running all data, insight and CRM projects at both league level and together with individual clubs. During his time at Eredivisie he not only engaged with clubs in the Netherlands but also played a key role in developing fan engagement projects throughout European football, working with colleagues from Norway to Italy.
Prior to Eredivisie he spent years developing and running data and CRM projects with the likes of T-Mobile, Microsoft and PwC. Starting out as a consultant at PwC he was involved in various international CRM projects. At Microsoft he was responsible for the introduction, marketing and business development of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product in EMEA. This got him involved with data and CRM projects throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa. At T-Mobile he defined and implemented key data KPIs and benchmarks throughout T-Mobile’s subsidiaries.
Kristian is now a passionate runner (and a wannabe triathlete) having spent most of his life focusing on team sports such as football, handball, basketball and lacrosse and represented his native country Denmark at international championships in the latter. Kristian is responsible for leading Two Circles international presence in Switzerland and within that oversees the quality and innovation of all Two Circles work in mainland Europe.
