Katie graduated from Loughborough University in 2011, where she studied Sports Science with Management before joining Accenture. During her time in consulting, she worked across a range of customer experience and commercial marketing projects, including digital and customer analytics. She indulged her sporting side through captaining the mixed touch rugby team for several years, with a successful 2015 Corporate Games victory. In late 2015, she moved into the sport industry professionally with Two Circles.
Having ditched netball and trampolining post university, Katie’s main focus is now running. In 2015 she has been dabbling in triathlon, spurred on by fellow members of her running club, Clapham Chasers. Katie is an ever-optimistic fan of the Scottish rugby team and also a keen writer, co-authoring the blog ‘These Girls Do’, focusing on the ups and downs of trying to balance sport with work, life and the inevitable barriers faced in women’s sport at any level.
