Dale joined Two Circles from the Guardian, where he led their Membership team through the programme’s launch and growth into a community of Members from over 200 countries.
A global citizen, Dale has visited every corner of the world, worked on every continent and lived in four of them. Much of this was during eight years spent at WPP, initially as a Graduate Fellow and more recently during spells as the Marketing and New Business Director at J. Walter Thompson New York or as Global Business Director on WPP’s Vodafone business.
It was while working as Head of Marketing for the England 2018 World Cup Bid that Dale got the sports industry bug, and he’s been itching to get back into it ever since. And while he might not be blessed with noteworthy sporting ability, he will throw himself into (or out of) anything. In recent years this means that Dale has jumped off bridges, out of aeroplanes, qualified as a swimming coach, run the London Marathon, trekked to Everest Base Camp and fractured three bones while giving other sports a go.
Dale joins Two Circles as Commercial Operations Director, and will be responsible for the continued growth of the business, enabling our vision to change the game in sports marketing.
