We have been delighted to partner with the Lawn Tennis Association since May 2013 in building and delivering together a 3-year CRM strategy. This all-encompassing project is fundamental to developing a customer-led organisation.

This strategic project, led by the LTA marketing team, engages and involves the whole organisation: from technology to participation and insight teams, sponsorship and events to coach education.

We are thoroughly enjoying the chance to work on one of the biggest sports in Britain at a fantastically exciting time. While details of the project are obviously confidential at this stage, we hope to be able to share more in due course.
