We have been working with Fulham FC since summer 2013 and to date have enjoyed some significant successes with the club. Below is the press release we made announcing our partnership:
Fulham FC has announced a long term partnership with Two Circles, the data driven sports agency that specialises in driving commercial growth for sports rights holders. Two Circles, who won the Agency of the Year title at the prestigious BT Sport Industry Awards earlier this year, will provide Fulham with an innovative CRM solution that places customer data at the heart of the business, as the club seeks to rebuild this season and beyond.
Centralising information from various systems across the organisation, as well as from social media and other external sources, the solution will give Fulham unprecedented insight into its customer base. As a consequence, the club will be able to deliver more effective marketing campaigns, improve customer experiences and enhance commercial performance across ticketing, membership, retail and hospitality.
